Drużno (inaczej Druzno, niem. Drausen See) - płytkie, zarastające jezioro deltowe na Żuławach Wiślanych, w województwie warmińsko-mazurskim, na wysokości 0,1 m. Stanowi część Zalewu Wiślanego odciętą aluwiami.Powierzchnia zwierciadła wody 1790,1 ha, długość 9,7 km, szerokość 2,0 km, głębokość do 3,0 m (kryptodepresja).Przez Drużno przechodzi tor wodny stanowiący przedłużenie Kanału Elbląskiego. Jezioro wraz z pobliskimi terenami tworzy rezerwat Jeziora Drużno (miejsca lęgowe ptactwa wodnego i błotnego, głównie kormoranów i jastrzębi).W IX wieku nad tym jeziorem, w okolicach dzisiejszego Janowa Pomorskiego znajdowało się pruskie emporium handlu bałtyckiego - Truso.
