 Fellgiebel Baltazar – z tytułem magistra, Ślązak z Legnicy. W latach 1595-1608 był konrektorem (zastępca pomagający w prowadzeniu szkoły) w Gimnazjum Elbląskim. Po śmierci Tomasza Rotusa (1596), zarządzał gimnazjum aż do objęcia (1598) rektoratu przez J. Myliusa. W 1608 r. popadł w konflikt z rektorem i został zwolniony z pracy, objął wówczas kierownictwo 4-klasowej szkoły kalwińskiej w Paniowicach na Podolu. Powrócił do Elbląga w 1613 roku i ponownie został konrektorem. Pracował na tym stanowisku aż do śmierci w 1630 r. Pisał łacińskie wiersze mi.in. : „Lygius iuniorum Schachmannorum..”
