Fischer Jerzy – elblążanin, ur. w 1652 r. kształcił się w gimnazjum w Elblągu i Toruniu oraz na uniwersytecie w Królewcu. Od 1682 r. pracował jako nauczyciel klasy IV w Gimnazjum Elbląskim. Od 1686 r. nauczał klasy III. Zmarł 20.05.1687 r.
