Drugi ordynek-reprezentacja pospólstwa we władzach miasta, w Elblągu jej istnienie zatwierdzono w 1526 r. W jej skład wchodziły 32 osoby ( w tym 8 rzemieślników), wpływ na skład II ordynku miała rada. II ordynek uzyskał realny wpływ na rządy w Elblągu w 1767 roku (m.in. kontrolę nad finansami)
